The Church of Nigeria, also styled the Church of Nigeria (Anglican Communion), is the Anglican Church within the Federal Republic of Nigeria. By most metrics it is the largest church in Nigeria (with approximately 22 Million Members as of 2025), and the second largest Anglican church in the world by membership (after only the Church of England). It is likely the largest church in the Anglican Communion by Average Sunday Attendance. It is divided into 14 ecclesiastical provinces. The current Primate is Archbishop Henry Ndukuba, who has governed the church since 2020.

The Church of Nigeria has been at the center of the Anglican Realignment. Leadership of the Church of Nigeria have been central to the Global Anglican Futures Conference as well as the Global South Fellowship of Anglican Churches. In 2025 they officially broke Communion with the See of Canterbury. The Anglican churches and provinces in communion with the Church of Nigeria are generally called the Global Anglican Communion.
