Holy Trinity on Stained Glass

God is the divine being whom created everything. God has revealed Himself to mankind in Natural and Divine Revelation. God loves His creation, but also permitted mankind and the angels to have the freedom to choose or reject him. Even though, in Adam, all of mankind rejected God in the Garden of Eden, He still desires to save mankind from their sin. For this reason the Son of God, Jesus Christ, became incarnate of the Blessed Virgin Mary and dwelt among humanity.

In His substance God is unitary, being of one simple and divine essence. Yet, by Divine Revelation He has revealed that He is Three distinct Persons; the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost. This concept is usually referred to as the Trinity, or the Holy Trinity.

The source and material of Divine Revelation is inspired Scripture.
