- ACNA 2019 column. The 2019 Book of Common Prayer of the Anglican Church in North America is included in this article only as a final, clearly marked column in the comparison table. It is ACNA's current book and is not part of the 1662–1928 line of development traced in the article.
- The Anglican Missal identification. The missal cited in the kalendar section is The Anglican Missal (London: Society of SS. Peter and Paul, 1921), identified from the scan's title page and kalendar pages (pp. v–xvii) with its table of moveable feasts, in the Trinity College, Toronto copy. All references in this article use that title.
